Regarding in-Dealership Workshops

• Can I have more than one dealership attend my workshop?
  Of course you can. As a matter of fact, if you have a dealer friend that’s within driving distance, then by all means invite him or her and their management team. It’s a great way to reduce your cost by sharing the expenses. (The only additional cost is a $25.00 per person workbook charge.)
• What can I expect from the workshop?
  You can expect a high intensity session that will create focus and disciplines for your used car department.
• How long does the workshop last?
  The workshop takes about 3 to 4 hours.
• What time does the workshop start?
  The workshop starts promptly at 8:30am. (Tommy needs to have access to the meeting room at 7:30 to get set up.)
• Can I use my meeting room for the training?
  Of course you can, but it needs to comfortable for the attendees and should be set up in a “U” shape if at all possible. It addition, there needs to be either a screen or a white wall to show slides on.
• Does Tommy stick around after the workshop to assist us with SETS?
  That all depends on what time his flight leaves. Most of the time the members of your management team have heard all that want to hear for the time being and are anxious to get back to work. However, Tommy is available 24/7 to help walk you through the process as you run into snags.
• Is there an on going maintenance program? Tommy will design a program specifically for your dealership.
  
• Why the push for vAuto?

• Do I need to help with hotel and ground transportation? 
  Yes. It’s most helpful if you can recommend a hotel and advise Tommy on directions to your facility. If your Dealership is close to the airport then you may want to pick him up. If not, just let us know and Tommy will rent a car.
• Who should attend the workshop?
  As many of your managers as you can free up, including all Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Controller, and even your Service Manager if at all possible. See, the more the entire Team understands the process and the importance of the Used Car operation the greater the success we will have in all departments.
